Substitute Candidate Requirements –
– High school diploma or equivalent required.
– Experience working with children, with previous experience in elementary or middle school education preferred.
– Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
– Established ability to follow detailed instructions, problem-solve, and manage time wisely.
– Ability to handle confidential educational information with discretion.
