The countdown is on! Preparations for our annual PCS GALA Dinner Auction on April 11, 2026 are officially in full swing, and we are thrilled to invite you to one of the most exciting events of the year!
This year, we’ll be celebrating Havana Nights – so get ready for an unforgettable evening of tropical flair, great company, and an incredible cause.
Join us on the beach at Whiskey Joe’s Bar & Grill for a night filled with fun, festivities, and support for our amazing school community.
How to get tickets?
Ticket sales begin Tuesday, January 20th!
Full tables of 8: $600 (includes family name recognition and a special table gift)
Individual tickets: $80

Help Gather Auction Items
This is an easy way to help while going about your normal routine—dining out, shopping, running errands, or attending appointments (hair, nails, etc.).
BONUS: This counts toward your 10 required DIRECT SERVICE HOURS!
No donation is too big or too small—even a $5 gift card helps! Donation request letters are available in the office and attached to this email. PTO’s tax-exempt form is available upon request.
Donate a LIVE Auction Item
Past favorites include vacation stays (cabins, beach houses, Airbnbs), airline tickets, spa packages, lawn services, sports tickets, and concert experiences. If you or your family offer a service or experience you’d be willing to donate, we would be thrilled to include it!
All Hands on Deck!
In the days leading up to the Gala—and after the event—we’ll need volunteers to help with setup and cleanup. A Sign-Up Genius will be sent out in the coming weeks, so keep an eye on your inbox!
